Ian and Nicki's sustainable wedding at Farm Ed, Chipping Norton

Like so many couples in 2020, Ian and Nicki were faced with having to postpone their wedding celebrations.  In the end they decided to have an intimate wedding in July 2020 followed by their big celebration, just as number restrictions lifted, in July 2021.

Sustainability was really at the heart of this couple's plans - from choosing a venue with this as a core value, to creating their own centrepieces from silver birch branches that the couple foraged to choosing caterer's who specialise in using veg and other produce that would otherwise be thrown away as it wasn't deemed a suitable shape for the supermarket shelves. 

This was also a wedding full of fun and heartfelt moments, with the focus on enjoying time with friends and family who had spent so much time apart due to the pandemic.
